Strengthening the Team at the London Proof House

We are pleased to confirm that a new member of staff has recently joined the team at the London Proof House.

This appointment represents an important addition to our technical capability and capacity. As demand for proof, inspection, and related services continues to remain strong across the trade, investing in skilled people is essential to maintaining the standards the industry expects from us.

The new team member is already contributing to day-to-day operations, supporting the Proof Master and other staff in delivering timely, consistent, and accurate proof work. This additional capacity helps ensure resilience within the Proof House, improves workflow efficiency, and supports our ongoing commitment to safety, compliance, and service reliability.

In addition to the recent new member to the team, we are also recruiting for another member of staff to join in the Spring, to help us service our commitment to proving weaponry for HM armed forces in a timely manner.

The London Proof House has operated continuously since 1637, and while our role is rooted in tradition, our responsibility is firmly focused on the present and future of the trade. Careful investment in skilled or experienced people is a key part of ensuring we continue to meet that responsibility.
